Re: Duetto polished camcover and airbox

Engine gone in, kept original spec except for electronic dizzy to cope with modern fuel - 16 advance curves built in to dizzy to choose from! All that is left now installing interior, new wiring loom and new hood. Hope to get it back to UK from Poland in May.

Re: Duetto polished camcover and airbox

Progress, still have carpets and new wiring loom to go in, am going to Poland when Duetto is drivable so next month now. Took a while to sort hood frame out had to make a new front piece where it attaches to top of windscreen. Original ones are hollow and made of thin metal so although enclosed by hood material if it leaks then they rot and no replacments are available. My man cast one in solid aluminium little bit heavier than original but definitely rustproof!
